Excellent review!! I own the TSM-MXE's and I love them and will post a review in the near future. I am so glad I finally tried Merlins as they are truly great speakers and worth every penny. I am saving up to buy the latest model that you reviewed, but until then I am enjoying my Merlins more than any speakers I have ever owned and that is at least a couple of dozen very good speakers.
