Excellent review! I, too, have a KA-9100 and love it.
It seems to me that it *does* have the capability to use a low-output MC cartridge. I am not sure because I don't actually have a MC cartridge, but I seem to remember reading that one of the switches allowed for this.
Does anyone who has a manual want to volunteer to check up on this?
