Sure, but it's not American, it's Bostonian . . .

Wicked is used in Boston to mean very. It only modifies adjectives or other adverbs, not nouns.

So, you can say "That cah (that car) is wicked fast!" Here wicked is modifying fast, an adjective.

Or you can say "That cah is wicked fuckin fast!" Here wicked is modifying fuckin, which is being used as another adverb that is modifying fast.

But you can't really say "He has a wicked cah," because wicked is not usually used as an adjective.

But you CAN say "He has a wicked pissah cah!" Or even better, "He has a wicked fuckin pissah cah!" That is because "pissah" is an adjective which means excellent, cool, great, etc.

Is it making sense to you now? If not, then you're a "wicked fuckin zippa head!" (just kidding)

Oh, and beer can be used to mean not only the beverage, but units of the beverage, and so it is entirely OK to say "Let's drink some beers!"

Oh, and to be "pissed" means to be really angry, not drunk.
