Michell Focus one/Mission 774 arm/Cartridges Recomendations

I recently was given a Michell Focus one with the original Mission 774 arm. I know this is a extremly low mass arm. I was wondering if anyone could give me some cartridge recommendations in the $300 range and how does this table stack up to current tables?
