Kind of putting the cart before the horse wouldn't you say? Of course, that's a moot point since you already have 950 LP's.

If it were me, I don't think I'd be in such a hurry to spend 6k on equipment for a vinyl front end. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE vinyl, but will you? You don't mention if you have had any previous exposure to records and all the trappings that go along with playing them.

I think I would go for more mid level stuff like one of the offerings from Music Hall, Pro-Ject or maybe Technics and save the $$ for future upgrades….after you become an addict like the rest of us. ;)
