The term “ultra expense” is mine not Walker’s. It is subjective. When a manufacturer pays $30 for a resistor or $70 for a capacitor, that to me is “ultra-expensive”. As to the chips designed for the government, I can only tell you what I understand to be true. However during the past two years that I have known Walker, I have found him to exceptionally honest and a straight shooter.

I am not an engineer, just a person who loves music. If you want deeper insight in to the circuit theory or challenge his design statements, call him he is very accessible. I’m sure that he will discuss his products in detail.
