That's because the Technics alignment has nothing to do with any of Stevenson's alignment options and is based off a different linear offset. The Feickert jig has markings for Stevenson 1B which gives null points at 60.3 and 117.1mm, The Technics null points are 58.8 and 113.5mm and is a universal optimisation that is suitable for all 3 record sizes.

The 52mm overhang is without the rubber gasket and is the headshell flange to stylus distance. Add the gasket AFTER you set the overhang.
