Columbia sometimes gets a bad rap but the 6 eye issues are usually damn good. example. i got a 6 eye Sketches of Spain and when i put it on, it was noisy and i said to myself--too noisy but in about 15 seconds i didn't hear the ticks and pops because i was lost in the music.

the brain is a good filter when the main content is in the exemplary range. of course, it helps to have outstanding music and performance like SoS with Miles to do the honors.

a friend has the Classic reissue and doesn't feel the need for the UHQR either. and it is still the same metal parts on the uhqr as the Classic..
