RE: How long should a carbon fiber brush last?

Posted by zacster on July 15, 2017 at 19:36:17:

I still use my Decca brush 30+ years later. And I still use it on the Rega Planar 3 with the Grace tonearm and cartridge that I bought it for. It is sitting on the original stand at the right in the picture. The F9E cartridge is recently resurrected after sitting in a box with a bent stylus for most of those years. I just bent the stylus back into alignment. This has to be the best MM cartridge ever. It is a shame they are made of unobtainium.

The record is "Kind of Blue" on kind of blue vinyl.
