I'm sorry, but I just LOVE these ideas! That's what they really are...prototypes of ideas that could be more fully developed. They open up a dialogue at a time when it is opportune.

What I would give anything for, is a portable player that LOOKs like the Crosley boxes but that would be of decent quality which could travel (very safely) on a plane.

I plan to go to Europe in a couple of years mostly to visit some record fairs and I can't think of anything that would be cooler than going back to my hotel and being able to SAFELY play some of those LPs...without destroying them.

I'd be more concerned with the safety of playback for my records than expecting great sound..

Am I alone in this longing?
