Onkyo A2090 cassette deck

Posted by mps2002@comcast.net on April 29, 2017 at 12:49:25:

Looking for some help. My friend wants me to sell a Onkyo A2090 cassette for him but I am having trouble with the left channel not always playing. The unit was purchased new and used very little. It has been in storage the last 6 years. I cleaned the heads which look like new yet and cleaned all the pinch rollers etc. It will play sometimes but isn't consistent. Some times by tapping the unit it will start playing but not like it should. Any ideas on what can be wrong?
Thanks
