That is a TD-124 with a SONUS Formula IV uni-pivot. There were three makers of that tonearm, Mayware, Sonus, and a third I can't recall. The Sonus version armtube has an offset which works nicely with the 124's high platter otherwise it is the same as the Mayware.

I like the MX110 a lot. I also had to change out the volume control so I presently don't have the Loudness feature. I am presently using it with some modified Bogen tube(7868) mono blocks into Thiel CS2's. I don't have as critical an ear as others but the combination sounds great to me with the speakers disappearing and especially good on female vocals.
