Last summer I bought a Tenma LCR Dual Display 72-960 meter in grey with rubber boot and battery including shipping for $90.
This is dual display with 4 digit lcd.
Min-max-avg.storage
Auto-manual
Relative mode
Dissipation factor
120Hz/1KHz test frequencies
Tolerance mode
The meter was unused/boxed was this a mistake seems unbeatable value,I
had ordered LCR meter on special offer but didn't expect one as good,
any comments.
