I have never used the RTX, but I have replaced Parts Express Polypropolene caps with Solens in speaker crossovers. I found them to be an improvement. I have since replaced the Solens coupling caps in my preamp and power amp, as well as my speaker crossovers with Auricaps. I highly recommend the Auricaps. I have seen some comments on the Asylum saying the Auricaps and Hovlands are close. However, your results may vary due to your taste.
