(Recall that I have a bunch of unused Oyaide receptacles lying around -- without the accompanying desire to bend or clip their yokes to allow them to fit into a narrow center-mount box.)

The cutout looks like it is wide enough and high enough for the ears of the supporting back strap, yoke, without having to remove them. You could ask the seller a question to measure the width and height of the cutout.
