If you could stretch the budget some (~$2500), the PurePower 1500+ is one you should consider. It is a re-generator with battery backup. I run everything through mine including power amps. With the batteries in the chain it can over short periods provide even more current than is available at the wall, making it ideal for power amps too. Without knowing your exact setup it is difficult to know for sure that the capacity of the 1500+ is right for you. They do offer larger capacity models, but then you'd most definitely be out of your target price range.
