No, I haven't used anything like that in a constrained layer platform. I did try using Dynamat in a constrained layer platform once and didn't think it offered anything over some of the other materials I was using such as polystyrene. Artist foam core board such as Gatorboard works very well, better than normal polystyrene, but is expensive.
