Power Conditioning

I'm looking for a budget power conditioner for a simple system consists of an integrated amplifier and a CDP. I am considering the audience aR1p or the PS audio Duet. If I were to get the audience, I will only buy one to plug it to my amplifier due to costs reasons. Cheers
