A Room Tunes Kit is NOT going to control a 50 Hz room mode with any significance.
Yes, it probably will help provide a superior overall room acoustic, but the materials included do not have the sheer amount of absorbing power to deal with 50 Hz, just not feasible.
In point of fact, to do something significant for a 50 Hz room mode one is going to HAVE to deal with as many bass traps as can be included in the room and budget.
