Electronic surplus stores in the Portland Oregon area?.

Posted by Steve Jones on December 27, 2005 at 11:30:40:

Just getting back into the audio tweeking scene after taking a few years off.

Recently I tried going to two old favorite shops for misc. parts: Da Lode in the Kenton district and Wacky Willie's off the Vaughn street exit of I-405. DAMN, both were closed and cleaned out!

Bob at R5D3 is still active, but the selection is a bit thin for what I'd like to get.

Portland used to be such a great area to get locally sourced components for surplus/cheap. Anybody know of other local places to get surplus electronic parts?

TIA,
Steve
