J Epstein and tommytube have recently recommended the Meterman 37XR, and I bought one from Tequipment.net for $123 delivered.
Seems like a great meter, easy to use, etc. After seeing what's available for $100+, I just gave away my Fluke 8060 A and B&K capacitance meter. Seems to me the Fluke was about $300 in the '80s.
