As a non-US resident, I cannot give you any specific advice, but as someone who has been trying to get clean power then we share problems/concerns.
What you can get though clean power would cost (probably) far more through component upgrade. Far more dynamics and a big jncrease in microdetail.
I would suggest an isolation transformer for your digital components. This itself will give a good result and it doesn't have to be a "hifi" branded item.
