Step1:

Get rid of those horrible bipolar caps. Replace with decent film types. Solen make a good, economical alternative.

Step2:

Replace as many iductors, as possible. Again, Solen make excellent, reasonable cost, well specc'd products, here. It is very important to ensure RESISTANCE is the same value as the original types (obviously, inductance must be identical).

Step3:

Replace internal wiring with decent, silver plated, solid core stuff (soldered, of course).

The order, here, is the order of importance.

One last thing: These speakers are a bitch to work on. Do not attempt ANYTHING, unless you are well prepared and competent at working in very confined spaces.
