Re: Wonder Caps

Posted by Audiogabby on March 10, 2005 at 02:49:48:

They are coupling caps. Their values are 2uf 425 volts, axial leads. 2 1/4 long by 3/4 diameter. I have already replaced the PS caps with high quality Panasonic. These Panasonic are the only ones with the right value but i understand they are good. To our surprise, the old ones that they replaced were Panasonic too. Anyways, going back to the first question, will i be able to improve on those Wonder Caps with Black Gates ? I haven't seen that value in my search that's another issue here. I'm also planning on replacing internal wire but don't want to do everything at once.
