Only the finest Kosher chicken fat from the Carnegie Deli is utilized in the annealing........The Second Avenue Deli's chicken fat was a bit harsh in the upper midrange leading us to suspect they were cutting corners.......You didn't even mention the bat guano which is only available from a group of caves located in the Lesser Antiles or the cobra venom we procure from Sumatra.....
