finally bought a jolida 302b but it needs tubes

I need to buy a quad of output tubes for my jolida 302b. I am trying to deside btween the following tubes. Electro Harmonix, JJ TESLA, Svetlana, EI, or Sovtek. Which of these would you reccomend?? I also need to get a pair of 12at7 whats a good affordable nos tube to use hear?? I am using telefunken 12ax7 that I had from an old fisher reciever they test almost new. So I need a recomendation for a quad of el34s and a pair of 12at7 either new or nos.
