True or False: Changing capacitors

Is it / very likely / not very likely / not easily known / that if you change all "ordinary" capacitors in equipment of the likes of a conrad-johnson MV55 and an ARC Ap-9 MkII for "high-end" capacitors (Multi-Caps) that there will be a very positive improvement in the sound?
Any estimate what the cost would be for one of these pieces?
