I actually didn't audition them with anything as I bought them used. I did however hear their big brother's at Jena Labs over the weekend and was suitably impressed to take the plunge. Jennifer Crock HIGHLY recommended them and stated that they would work very well with any speaker that was ideally 6ohm or more and with a constant impedance curve.
I am actually very seriously considering the Proac Response 1SC's. The amps are 60W/channel, so I am not concerned about efficiency.
