I think you've made a fine choice. I certainly was interested in purchasing one (I have a Zen amp, the A model), but as Thorsten has remarked, "Shame it's line only.... I never could see the use of an active Preamp in a Line only system...." I'd rather run with the FT Audio LW-1 passive preamp. I'm waiting for Steve to come out with a Zen phono preamp.
Enjoy the preamp. I'm sure that it will be exxcellent.
