Why Russian tubes Vs NOS?

IMO Soviet 6922, 6dj8, substitutes etc tubes suck compared to British and Eastern Europe NOS tubes.
Try Mullard, Tungsram, Telefunken, and other NOS tubes first.
The Russian tubes are all cold, and analytical sounding IMO.
They are cheap and you get what you pay for.
