Sorry, I probably could have simplified my post/question by about ten times if I would have simply typed that the bias is running away on the RIGHT SIDE ONLY (regardless of which tubes I put in the right side--in other words not following the tubes). Not only that, this is happening with the bias for the right side backed all the way off.
