Tube identification via code

Anyone here an expert in tube identification? This el84 tube is branded Mullard, but the code seems to indicate its from the Ei factory in Yugoslavia.
Although KM4 seems to be made in Austria and Holland also.
I'll never study egyptian hieroglyphics thats for sure.
