LCR cleaner. I get a mason jar lid, turn it upside down, filled it with LCR up to a point that I am sure will not reach the tube envelop of the 12AX when it is standing upright, place the tube(s), after 5 minutes, take the tube out, use toothbrush to clean, then dry it off with a clean dry rag.
