Just got the two tubes today, and thank you very much. I believe that these were made by RCA back in the day, maybe Chatsworth plant. That is where my Gold Aero 5998A were made. Have not had enough time to tell for sure, need more burn in, but these are sounding very good. Bass is solid and mid's and treble are nicely balanced. Gold Aero when made by RCA were part of their Premium line. These are indeed sounding very good. Such a deal, could not believe that no one jumped on these. $10 shipped and paypal besides even if they were not this good could not pass, an now really glad I did. Sound very similar to RCA Silver label Gt's from 1948, not quite as warm. Thanks again!
