That's a good point. The actual Valvo Hamburg factory would have "D" as part of the date code. Example VR6 D6L8. Just a quick look at many of the Valvo E188CC's on eBay show they have a Delta (triangle). So made by Amperex for Valvo.

Personally these tubes are out of my budget, but interesting to note if I "go for it" one day.
