RE: 26 tube

How do you set up a 26 tube as a preamp? 90 volts, 4.5 volt fixed bias and a 1.5 volt AC filament with center tap to ground?
I am willing to use a pair of 26 tubes to replace a 7N7 as a preamp tube. I should stay with 7N7 phase inverters as they do NOT have a huge effect on sound.
