RE: Genelx GL KT66 Vs Valve Art KT66

Hi:
I didn't have the VA KT66 specifically, but did have a quad of Sino KT66s. In my Tube Audio Design amp I could just get them to bias up. I liked their detailed and holigraphic presentation. I would say they were on the warmer side of neutral. The GL KT66s had a generally simular presentation, though they were more neutral. Both had good bass, with good texture. I think I prefer the GL KT66s, because they have a tad more transparency. I am presently using Tong Sol 6L6g made by New Sensor. Same company that makes the GL brand.
