Rebuild service for Dynaco ST-70

I have a Dynaco ST70 in pieces, I have the chassis, cage, 2 ouput transformers, power transformer, choke and driver board. I do not have the cap or 7199 tubes, but do have new EL34 tubes for it. I was going to rebuild this thing, but the leads out of the tranny's have faded, so I am not sure on the color code. Any know of a person or service that could bring this old fellow back to life?
