Tube dealers that do not have NOS RCA 6CG7 black plate shielded-

Vacuum Tubes, Inc
SND does have them at $25 each, not $3 per your post that is indicating your proposed value of these rare tubes. Radio Daze does have a few as I previously mentioned at about $17 each plus shipping.
Some other less known tube dealers do not sort thru tubes for specific parts.
