Hi.
CC does not got any metal film or metal resistance winding inside, so not inductive & very very low capacitive (if any). I double very much CC is magnetic as carbon is non-magnetic. I'd try it with a magnet & a camping compass & see how it behaves with DC & AC currents passing through.
Considering the low cost, it is a darn good resistor particularly
for use in digital pulsing circuitry, beating any films.Only thing we should worry about CC resistors is their reistance drifting on heating up. Keep its operation temp below 125C & in good
ventilation for use as a voltage dropper.Good listening
