I realize you're asking about EFB component values with regard to an amplifier's B+. But I'm wondering if you saw this write-up regarding fixed vs cathode bias being output transformer dependent, in the author's opinion. (link below)

It's been several years since I read it, but it reminded me that if I had a Heathkit AA-151, I'd leave its stock cathode bias system in place, and not bother with EFB.
