THD and individual harmonic distortion are not the same thing. THD is a summation of all the harmonics, whereas the numbers taken by a FFT are the individual harmonic percentages.
THD is pretty much a meaningless number since it tells you little about what is going on.
If you stay within ARTA you should be able to null out source distortion and measure the actual distortion numbers.
math is really cool that way.
