I use the VTA low gain board in an ST-70, so there is no difference.........

For C-13-14 you can go as high as 120uF and for C15-16 as high as 47uF. I like the Pansonic parts here as they fit well, sound good and are sharply priced.

A bit of further advice, two of the .1uF caps are in the signal path, some people will give you BS that these have no effect on the sound. And that would be completely wrong. Use a high quality cap here just as you do in the coupling positions.

You might also like to try 12BH7s in place of the 12AU7s. The transformers will run a touch hotter, but with the independent power supplies it will not be an issue. They will yeild a sound that is darker and more centered, which may suit you......or not. Happy hunting.
