I would think there is a copy of the original HF-14 Eico assembly manual in the files section Eico Yahoo group.

Did you do an image search off Google?

You can get a new "stock" PS transformer that will take modern 125v AC from Haybor. They made them for Eico back in the day. If you ask they will add extra capacity as the stock unit was one area Eico cut corners on.
I had one made for an HF-81. It looks stock but is a bit taller if you look closely.
