Dave is correct, if that cap from plate to ground is of any appreciable size, this amplifier will make no sound wired as drawn. You can move the connection to the cap/g2 to the other side of the 62k loading resistor for what I think you're after.
Another option is to wire G2 to the cathode of the 45.
Let me know how this sounds, I have a bunch of 6AK5's jostling around in one of my boxes of tubes, and it would be awesome to actually use them!
