Is it just me or are my expectations too high?

In the last 2 months I have purchased over 100 cassetes of various genre on ebay, some new but most used. Almost all of them are shipped not rewound to one end or the other, bummer. You would have thought that after all those years of renting video tapes with a charge for not rewinding people would just do it out of force of habit, or do they just don't care. I've been lucky so far, all are OK. Let me know if it's happened to you. Thanks in advance.
