Some power transformer primaries are multi tap. Starts with a common, (one end of the winding), with taps along the winding to the far other end,(most turns). The far other end being for the highest input voltage.
Closest tap from common the lowest input voltage. The transformer could be wound and tapped for 100V, 120V, 220V, 240V...... ???.
