"Edit My System" brings up empty text fields...

I've never encountered this situation before today: When the "Edit My System" link is clicked on my Inmate Systems page, all text fields except the "Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation:" text field are blank, completely empty of all the information that I've previously posted there. I've used both Firefox and Safari and both browsers present the same problem. As such, it's obvious that I can't append my Inmate Systems page until this issue is solved :-(
