Anyone know what this means?
I was posting a reply & the reply never appeared for a few days. I think it might have something to do with uploading images. I got an error asking me to login & I did. It seemed to not upload the small image I had, but everything else seemed to work. But the posting never showed up.
I reposted everything another day. Thanks for helping with this.

"I am thinking about upgrading a motorized potentiometer in my preamp"Yes, I don't see the motorized version of the PEC KKA1041S28-ND. Is there one? Do you feel it better than the TKD 2CP-2511MC sound wise? Any OTHER SUGGESTIONS?
Right now I'm looking to upgrade the REMOTE CONTROL pot using the existing Classe Audio driver circuit board & remote (the remote is machined from solid anodized metal, silk screened, & REALLY beautiful), but if I give up using the Classe remote control:

There is TKD 2P65S stepped pot. Percy Audio in the US sold these for $249 US.

Or the Seiden/shalco 58 step with Vishey naked z-foil "VAR or vishey audio resistor" in a shunt setup which is my next project. We're talking about $3000 + import from Japan for what I want.

The picture link above is from Marchand Electronics in Rochester, NY, USA. This one has "only" 46 steps in a series setup:
12 decks of 46 steps for use as 6 channel balanced master volume control & motor for IR remote control (about $3000 also).
Note: Two TKD 2CP-2511MC from http://www.partsconnexion.com will "only" cost me US$219.90 so I can listen to 4 channels in Bi-amp sound while I save-up the $3000 to go nuts with discrete multideck stepped attenuators.
