The ISP says they rate it as spam with a date fault like that. His opinion is that it comes from the system clock of the creating PC. His reply is below.

this, as far as I can see, are from spammers...
We have the same problem. We view it as an attack. The problem comes from the senders PC time... Like the clock battery was/is
dead.
